Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping time
Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 8 to 11 business days. This does not include our processing time, so total delivery time is typically 9 to 13 business days from when the order is placed.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Shipping confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Where we ship
We currently ship worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.

Customs, duties and taxes
Skalume is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. Any fees charged during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

Damages
Skalume is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will help resolve the issue.
